A Different Approach

Many patients can attest the numerous frustrations and barriers to care within the current health care system, including insurance limitations on coverage, access, and reimbursement.

My vision is mental health care that offers more. Inspired by my own health journey, which has included the spectrum between informal coaching and psychodynamic therapy; from psychiatry to pilates and spirituality; I’ve found that truly finding joy, peace and meaning in life spans many disciplines.

True health and wellbeing requires learning to care for our bodies through good sleep, physical activity, stress management and good nutrition, but many times there are barriers to address first:

  • Toxic stress, clinical depression, anxiety, and negative beliefs can keep us stuck

  • Undiagnosed ADHD can take an invisible toll on achievement, relationships, and self-esteem

  • Past traumas may be affecting the day-to-day

  • Over-reliance on unhealthy coping with substances, screens, and shopping

It can be hard to know where to start.

My aim is to help patients find peace, purpose, and joy in life, step by step.
